Anthony grew up in the San Gabriel Valley, and attended St. Marianne's Catholic School in Pico Rivera. He attended Don Bosco Tech and after graduation he attended Whittier College, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
He later went on to earn a masters degree in Public Administration from National University and a second Masters Degree in Executive Leadership from the University of Southern California. Anthony continued his education by earning Doctorate of Policy Planning and Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California. When asked if he would prefer to be called Doctor, he responds..."just call me Anthony...”
Anthony has been a resident in La Mirada with his family for 13 years. He is a 23 year law enforcement veteran, Police Lieutenant, who has vast experience in public safety and public policy issues. He is married with three children. His wife of eighteen years is a Deputy District Attorney criminal prosecutor.
From the time Anthony became an Eagle Scout, to his enlistment into the United States Marine Corps, and with his current career as a twenty three year law enforcement veteran, Police Lieutenant, Anthony has lived a life of service to others. As your La Mirada Councilman, Anthony will continue his service to our community. Anthony knows that service to others begins with proven leadership.
